The Sullivan Suite

Our luxurious 5-bedroom farmhouse is surrounded by 5.5 acres of serene tranquility overlooking the quaint town of Trout River. This home is pet-friendly!

This unique home boasts 5 bedrooms, including 1 king and 4 queen beds, providing privacy to all guests. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom for added comfort!

Relax and unwind as you take in the stunning mountain views from the front patio or the enclosed terrace during your morning coffee.

Our suite comes equipped with a barbecue and a propane fire pit, ideal for winding down your day under the open skies. This is also the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

Welcome to our incredibly peaceful and opulent getaway that is also pet-friendly!

This home was made as a couples retreat and is ideal for 1-2 visitors. It’s equipped with 1 king bed in the main and a large sofa in the living room.

Nestled between the balsam fir, you can sit back and enjoy your private deck, propane fire pit and barbeque.

This home is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy Gros Morne while also sitting back and relaxing in luxury.
